H2O Rx custom build a range of static mixers - wafer-style, variable flow, low headloss, and open channel mixers - in many materials and sizes to suit fluid applications in most industries.
K Value (kV) for headloss coefficient, Coefficient of Variation (CoV) for amount of mixing, Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) reports, white papers, and material certificates are available for all H2O Rx's static mixers to ensure that you are confident in each mixer for your application.
H2O Rx is the exclusive Australian licensee and distributor of the Westfall Manufacturing range of static mixers manufactured in both Australia and USA.
Types of Static Mixers
There are seven varieties of static mixer in the range. These are:

Open Channel Mixer - a low headloss mixer mounted in a penstock for removal for easy cleaning for open channels |

5000 Series Open Channel Mixer - low headloss mixer where the fins are bolted directly into the floor of an open channel |

6000 Series Counter Swirl Rapid Mixer bridges the gap between the 2850 Series and 3050 Series mixers with excellent mixing, low headloss and as an additional benefit, mixing in a very short distance. |
